Michelle Lee Baker brings 27 years of experience in advanced esthetics, luxury spa leadership, and skincare education to ORH. Her career has taken her through some of the most recognized names in luxury hospitality, including The St. Regis Aspen, W Hollywood, Sofitel Beverly Hills, SLS Beverly Hills, and Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, where she helped open and lead esthetics programs within highly discerning spa environments.
Her expertise has also extended beyond the treatment room. Michelle has worked with prestigious skincare houses including La Prairie Switzerland, Decléor Paris, and Noble Panacea, while educating estheticians and spa teams and working with private clientele throughout Los Angeles, South Florida, and beyond. Her career has included celebrity clientele, A-list music tours, and extensive travel internationally on tour educating five-star spa teams, including work and education in Paris, London, and the Maldives, among other destinations.
