What is Opulent Restoration House?
Opulent Restoration House is a private beauty and wellness destination in Delray Beach, created around personalized hair, scalp, skin, beauty, and restorative rituals. Experiences are offered in a private, one-on-one setting, allowing your time at ORH to feel calm, personal, and entirely your own.
What does a private experience mean?
ORH is intentionally designed for one guest at a time. During your appointment, the space is reserved for you and the professionals caring for you, without the noise, traffic, or overlapping appointments of a traditional salon or spa.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. All experiences at ORH are by appointment so your visit can be thoughtfully prepared around you.
Do you accept new clients?
Yes, depending on the provider and experience. Our Concierge can help guide you toward the appropriate service and ORH professional.

How do I book an experience?
All experiences at ORH are coordinated through our Concierge. Whether you know exactly what you'd like to book or would like guidance creating your visit, Concierge can help coordinate the right provider, experience, and timing.
I'm not sure what to book. What should I do?
That's exactly what Concierge is for. Tell us what you're hoping to achieve, what you're interested in, or simply how you'd like to feel when you leave, and we'll help guide you from there.
Can I combine multiple experiences during one visit?
Absolutely. One of the benefits of ORH is the ability to thoughtfully coordinate multiple experiences within a single visit.
For example, your extensions can be removed before transitioning into a Skin Ritual or Head Spa, followed by your extension reinstallation. Concierge can help compose the timing and flow so your experiences work seamlessly together.

HAIR
Do I need a consultation for hair extensions?
Yes. All new hair extension guests require a consultation before booking an extension experience. This allows us to assess your natural hair, discuss your desired result, and determine the appropriate length, density, color, and extension plan.
Your consultation also allows us to determine exactly what will be needed to achieve your desired result and provide you with a personalized quote before moving forward.
How often do extensions need maintenance?
Most extension maintenance is recommended every 6 to 8 weeks, although your individual schedule may vary depending on your natural hair, extension method, and personalized maintenance plan.
Can I book hair services without extensions?
Yes. ORH offers customized hair color, cutting, styling, event styling, luxury extensions, and Look Curation.
What is Look Curation?
Look Curation is a personalized consultation designed to help you discover the most flattering and cohesive look for you. Our professionals consider your features, hair, personal style, lifestyle, and goals to thoughtfully curate recommendations for color, cut, extensions, styling, and other experiences that enhance what is naturally yours.
You don't need to know exactly what you want. That's what the curation is for.

Are Skin Rituals customized?
Yes. Michelle's Skin Rituals are designed around the condition, needs, and goals of your skin that day rather than following the same predetermined facial protocol for every guest.
Treatments may incorporate a combination of advanced skincare, technology, massage, and restorative techniques selected specifically for your skin.
What can I expect during a Skin Ritual?
Each Skin Ritual is personalized to the condition, needs, and goals of your skin that day. Your experience may incorporate advanced skincare, technology, massage, and restorative techniques selected specifically for you.

What can I expect from a Head Spa Ritual?
Each Head Spa Ritual combines thoughtful scalp care, cleansing, conditioning, massage, and restorative techniques designed to support the scalp and natural hair while creating space to genuinely slow down.
Can I receive a Head Spa Ritual if I wear extensions?
Yes. Head Spa Rituals can be thoughtfully adapted for guests wearing extensions. Your experience will be personalized around your hair, scalp, extension method, and maintenance needs so both your natural hair and extensions are cared for appropriately.

CHINESE MEDICINE & WELLNESS
How do I work with Sophia?
Sophia’s Chinese medicine and wellness care begins virtually, allowing you to connect with her from wherever you are. Virtual consultations are personalized around your individual needs and may include Chinese medicine guidance, herbal remedies, and recommendations for continued care.
Does Sophia offer in-person treatments at ORH?
Yes. Throughout the year, Sophia will host designated Wellness Intensive Weeks at ORH, offering a limited schedule of in-person appointments.
During these intensives, experiences may incorporate acupuncture, restorative bodywork, and other body-based Chinese medicine modalities selected according to the individual.
When are Sophia’s Wellness Intensive Weeks?
Wellness Intensive Weeks will be scheduled periodically and announced in advance, allowing guests to reserve their in-person experience with Sophia while she is at ORH.
Virtual consultations will remain available between her visits to South Florida.

MAKEUP
Where can I have my makeup done?
Makeup experiences with Sisterhood Beauty are designed to meet you where you are. Your makeup artist can come to your home or preferred location, or your appointment can take place privately at ORH.
For an especially seamless experience, makeup can also be coordinated alongside your hair appointment at ORH, allowing you to have your hair and makeup completed within the same visit.
Can Concierge coordinate my hair and makeup together?
Absolutely. If you’re preparing for an event, celebration, photoshoot, or special occasion, the ORH Concierge can coordinate your hair and makeup appointments so everything flows seamlessly.
